The pools are currently under construction, but they’ll be ready in June – just in time for summer!
Here’s what you can expect:
Both campsites already have a pool area of 5,000 square meters, with pools of different depths and sizes. But to make your experience even more enjoyable, here’s what we’re adding:
Pool at Marjal Guardamar Camping & Resort, pirate territory
Are you ready to step into pirate territory? Marjal Guardamar’s new swimming pool will resemble a real pirate bay, with a pirate ship, a pirate tavern, and a splash dump.
The pool has three different areas:

The beach area is an entertaining area with small slides for the kids, which leads to the ramp of the pirate ship. This area is a favourite for children, so you can either join them in the pool or relax on the comfortable loungers and Balinese beds.

The large bathing area is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and captained by the mast of a pirate ship. The pool boasts a small waterfall that separates it from a smaller jacuzzi pool.

The pirate tavern is one of the main features of the new pool area. If you’re feeling parched from all the swimming and activities, enjoy a cocktail at ‘Coco Island’, Marjal Guardamar’s very own ‘beach bar’. Its straw roof, barrel tables and pirate-themed decor will make you feel like you’re on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean. Holidays in Costa Blanca will never be the same again!
Pool at Marjal Costa Blanca Camping & Resort, Polynesian paradise
The new swimming pool at Marjal Costa Blanca Camping & Resort will make you feel like you’re on a tropical island. With a surface area of 8,000 square meters, a swimming pool area of 1,500 square metres, and a depth of 1.50, this new pool will be the star of the show. This swimming pool is the best place to unwind and relax. You can chill under the palm trees or sunbathe on the Balinese beds and hammocks, while you admire the spectacular views of the sierra alicantina.
Since the theme is ‘Polynesian Paradise’, the beach area was designed to imitate the heavenly coast of Tahiti. With an island in the centre of the pool, you can enjoy the welcoming rays of the Mediterranean sun, and a drink at the tropical bar.
Marjal’s old swimming pools will get a revamp too, it will now be called ‘The Temple of the Jungle’. A new 12-metre high slide will be installed, which will intrigue brave kids and adults alike. Themed with the faces of Burma, the new slide area will be divided into three: A water slide, a slide for the slightly adventurous, and a kamikaze slide for the more adventurous. This area will always be watched by first aid personnel so you won’t have to worry.
