Travel Assistance Insurance Policy
For all our international long stay clients who travel between 1st November to 31th march*, we include a travel assistance insurance policy for free. The travel insurance cover medical assistance and travel incidents that may occur during your trip.

Sanitas
For all Alannia international clients, Sanitas offers a special price for health insurance. On the insurance, they include GP and geriatric consultations without limits, consultations in other specialities, pysiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions… for just 248€/year. We’ve been collaborating with Quiron Hospital from a while. Now, they are offering to all our clients special prices in PCR tests.

Safety measures
Due to the evolution of the pandemic in the Spain, the following measures have been taken.
Travelling between communities
Currently, travelling between communities is allowed.
Capacity limitations in Alannia Resorts
The capacity of the common areas, restaurants, pools, gyms, changing rooms and playing rooms is limited in order to guarantee public safety.
Restrictions on meetings
No more than 6 people are allowed in any common space and accommodation, unless they are co-living.
Restrictions on restaurants, bars and cafés
Up to 6 people are allowed to sit together at the same table indoors or 10 outdoors, except for larger groups of members of the same household.
Face mask and social distancing
Face masks are no longer mandatory outdoors. In indoor public spaces, they are still mandatory, as well as the safety distance of two meters.
